About

Kelso Millett is a Guild award winning wigmaker, designer, and makeup artist in Los Angeles, CA. She received her Bachelor’s degree in Wigs and Makeup from the University of North Carolina School of the Arts and her Associate’s in Cosmetology from Los Angeles Trade Technical College. She is a member of union IATSE 706.

Her experience ranges from wig artisan to Associate Wigmaster, designing for regional theatres around the country, and making film wigs as First Hand to Rob Pickens at Wigmaker Associates. Kelso has truly played every role in making a vision become reality and is fueled by her passion for details and the desire to create beautiful work as a team player. She firmly believes in being a “forever student,” and in celebrating the little successes of life while bringing a positive attitude with her everywhere she goes.

She is currently employed as the Associate Wigmaster at the Los Angeles Opera Company and travels for design opportunities.
